Cancellation Policy

Please schedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance to ensure efficient booking, as I am only in the salon when clients are scheduled. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Life happens- I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, to ensure that I can serve all clients efficiently, appointments will be rescheduled or canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Failure to cancel or a "no-show" will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
